- Request for Information: Resource Management Information System (RMIS). Aeronautical Systems Center is announcing a request for information (RFI) to support the Directorate of Personnel (ASC/DP) and users relying on the Resource Management Information System. The purpose of this RFI is to identify and obtain information from all responsible sources and interested parties who have a product or service to meet the requirements as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This RFI is not to be construed as a formal solicitation. It does not commit the government to reply to information received, or to later publish a solicitation, or to award a contract based on this information.
