- Description
- The Hines VA Medical Center - 5000 South 5TH Ave Hines, Hines, IL 60141 has a requirement for pager service and the leasing of numeric and two-way pagers. The contractor to furnish and maintain all necessary parts, labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, materials and pager service. The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is set aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NACIS 517210, size standard 1,500 Employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on February 19, 2008.
