See Note 26.Solicitation includes Amend 0001 dated Aug 01, 2007; Amend 0002 dated January 25, 2008; Amend 0003 dated January 30 2008 and Amend. 0004 dated March 06,2008. The solicitation and all amendments will be available at DIBBs web site on or about issue date of 03/06/2008. Go to DSCC website www.dscc.dla.mil then look for the DSCC Internet BidBoard Systems, then click on DSCC Solicitations Search/Requests for Proposal(RFP)/Invitation for Bids (IFB). Drawings specification will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times of the discretion of the goverment. Total duration (Base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
