- Description
- The purpose of this synopsis is to conduct market research for potential sources for a future acquisition of services to perform Quality Assurance on various existing and new construction contracts. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Multinational Security Transition Command, Iraq (MNSTC-I), Joint Coalition Contracting Iraq (JCC-I), will be the contracting office for this contract. Contractor personnel will advise and work with a Contracting Officers Representatives in the area of quality assurance in various construction contracts being performed in Iraqi. The contractor shall provide all personnel; supervisory, administrative and direct labor, required to accomplish all work associated with this contract. The contractor may also be required to provide additional personnel as required. This is NOT a request for proposal and does not constitute any commitment by the contractor or Government to perform these services.
