- Farm fertilizers are required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC). Quantities are estimated and may vary by +/-20%. Delivery times will vary from March 2008 through September 2008 depending on weather and crop schedules. This acquisition is being conducted using commercial items best value procedures. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, quality, warranty, and past performance. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVO). The Small Business Administration (SBA) has granted a waiver from the Non-Manufacturer Rule so the SDVOSB may provide products produced by any size manufacturer. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading on or about February 22, 2008. The offer response date is scheduled for March 5, 2008.
