- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure the following in support of the V-22 Program: Five (5) Tilt-axis Gearbox trailer adapters, P/N 901-220-924-103. The Tilt-axis Gearbox trailer adapter is used to support, store and transport the Tilt-axis Gearbox of the V-22 aircraft by adapting to a standard 3000 series 48 in rail trailer. The Trailer Adapter consists of a steel tubular frame with a steel mounting flange with captive attaching hardware to mount the Gearbox to the mounting flange. The tubular frame is equipped with roller adapters that interface with the rails on the 3000 series trailers. FOB Destination. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contractor may receive an award if it is not registered. For CCR information, contact the CCR Registration Center at 888-227-2432 or visit their user-friendly website at www.ccr.gov. This procurement contains technical data subject to export-control laws (see note 8). THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (see note 8). Since the Government specifications contain export-controlled data all contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
