- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with firm fixed price provisions in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 for integrated services for NAVFAC Midwest, Crane, IN. The contractor shall provide integrated supply service comprised of material support, inventory control, receipt, inspection, warehousing, delivery, and billing services. The subject requirement also requires services to furnish building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC supplies, rebuilt, remanufactured and aftermarket automotive parts, tires, oil and bulk products and other miscellaneous items. This procurement will be issued under full and open competitive procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 with a Size Standard of $32.5 million. Solicitation N00189-08-R-M002 is for a base period with four additional one-year option periods. The anticipated start date of the requiremen! t is 1 August 2008. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 25 February 2008. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outs! ide the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
