- Description
- The Contractor shall provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with a web-based integrated library system (ILS) designed to meet the core functionality requirements of the SEC Library. The ILS must be a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government off-the-shelf (GOTS), state-of-the-art, customizable product. The system will serve the needs of 5,000 SEC staff and contractors nationwide. The system sought under this effort will function as the library's card catalog. The system will be available across SEC for searching. Only library staff (approx. 15 people) will enter information into the system. Approximately 100 concurrent users should be sufficient for searching.
