- Description
- The following work will be performed at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building, 1300 S. Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The scope of this project is to perform minor repair, concrete resurfacing and replacement to exterior concrete walls, walks, and stair areas at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building. The concrete surfaces identified, show minor to severe spalling. Photos have been included with the construction drawings to aid in identifying a portion of the major repairs that must be addressed. It is recommended that the contractor make a pre-bid site visit to verify all work shown or not shown on the drawings and photos. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 238110 with a size standard of $13 million. This is a negotiated procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. The solicitation will be available on or about February 28, 2008.
