- INFORMATION The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA., intends to procure Quarterly Testing for 3 Vadose Zone Monitoring Wells, using neutron probe method, from WorleyParsons Komex. Interested persons must be certified and qualified to operate the neutron probe that measures moisture and be willing to travel to the Yermo Industrial Waste Treatment Plant in Barstow. Qualified persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or by submitting a proposal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
