- Description
- Management Systems Support Division (MSSD) and the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP-M) intend to issue an unrestricted purchase order for the purchase of 30 160/320GB SCSI Tape Back-up Drives. The Quantum brand must be purchased because of its reliability and compatibility with the existing ship?s configuration. The Quantum tape drives will help to provide ship tailored data to the operation fleet. This contract will provide support to Military Sealift Command?s (MSCs) AFLOAT mission. The Government intends to acquire this commercial product using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00104-08-QQ352. Attached is a PDF solicitation.
