- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resource District located in Richmond, Virginia has a requirement for four (4) observation wells to be drilled at various depths in north-central Southhampton County. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction work. The NAICS Code is 238990. The magnitude of the requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000. The expected completion date of the project is June 9, 2008. This is a requirement under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program; all responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a proposal.
