- The Depart of Army, TACOM-LCMC, has a requirement for Hotel Accommodations, Conference/Banquet Space, Hotel Services, Event Planning, and Support Services located in the vicinity of Detroit, MI. The United State Army TACOM Life Cycle Manageme nt Command (TACOM-LCMC) will execute an annual Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) conference. The overall objective of the APBI conference is to provide a forum conducive to open and meaningful dialogue with industry on a fair and equitable basis to foster a mutual understanding of future contract requirements and industry capabilities. This procurement will result in a Firm Fixed Price, No-Cost Contract (Reference U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) decision GAO-B-308968). This procurement will consist of 1 base year with 4 option years. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 721110. Period of Performance - The base year will be (3) days in October, 2009, with an annual conference occuring in October d uring each of the four option years. In accordance with FAR clause 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003), all contractors doing business with the federal government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to any award.
