- PRON: AX8Q0174AXAX, NSN: 2915-01-517-5408, PN: 23077067, Quantity: 60 Each Minimum/300 Each Maximum 3-Year IDIQ applicable to the T-703. F.O.B Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing i s 60 each due 68 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Rolls-Royce Corporation, CAGE Code: 63005 and Aviall Services Inc., CAGE Code: 22819 because this part is a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item. Commercial item descr iptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply. This item has been designated as a commercial item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed in the Technical Justification and Certification. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror s must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete fo r future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The clos ing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
