Production Lead-time without First Article Testing i s 266 days after Contract Award (DACA); Production Lead-time witht First Article Testing is 420 days after Contract Award (DACA); Required delivery with Alternate II clause is 350 DACA. Deliveries is to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This part is restric ted to the approved business Arden Engineering Inc., CAGE Code: 64658 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, CAGE Code: 8V613 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks right to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional s ources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
