Description
The following work is required. Room 210, Ft. George C. Wallace, Montgomery AL 1. Provide, install, and configure a wireless AMX audio/visual touch panel system equal to FG5965-753lK with FGS965-10 docking station. 2. Provide, install, and configure a 19 inch rolling rack (22in Deep, 36in high) enclosed with door and shelves to house the AMX control brain and DVD/VCR unit. 3. System will control overhead multimedia projector, Polycom VSX-7000, DVD/VCR combo unit, and lap top connectivity to multimedia projector and VTC. 4. Government estimates 95% of basic NV wiring has been installed but additional wiring is required. 5. If existing A/V equipment has RS232 Serial control, then it MUST BE USED. If existing A/V equipment has NO RS232 Serial control, then use I/R control. 6. For laptop VGA 15 pin connectivity, exit the laptop via 15 pin VGA cable and split the signal so that the overhead projector receives the 15 pin VGA signal AND the Polycom VSX uni t receives the signal as S-Video. (conversion required) 7. Program the AMX control system. Coordinate with government technical representative in the programming of the AMX control system. Install the projector as close to the screen as possible while still filling up the existing screen. 5. Remove Existing Overhead Projector, mount, and screen. 9. Install customer provided Plasma TV with mount. TV is approximately a 60 inch diagonal. 10. Install customer provided Poly com VSX7000. Ins tall customer provided Plasma TV with mount. TV is approximately a 71 inch diagonal. 9. Install customer provided Polycom VSX7000. You will need to provide a shelf for the Polycom. Shelf will mount on wall above TV 10. Since two displays will be used, a switcher similar to an Extron IN1508 will need to be used along with one or more 1 in, 2 out, VGA Distribution Amps. 11. Wallace, Montgomery AL 1. Provide, install, and configure a 50 inch LCD TV with articulating mount. TV must have a tuner, speakers, S-video, RS232, and VGA connectivity. Must connect TV to an existing Polycom Viewstation EX. JOC, Ft. George C. Wal lace, Montgomery AL Provide mounts and install 2 government provided 42 inch LCD TV's. (Samsung Plasma Display MODEL HP 84253). Run VGA cable to designated computers and provide 2ea P/2 DA2, two output vga distribution amps so that the local monit or and the LCD will be displaying the same image per computer.
