- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VUA08028A001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 effective 26 December 2007, DFAR DCN 20080124, and AFFAR AFAC 20080128. Fed Biz Ops Numbered Notes per FAR Part 5.207-13(e) Apply: #1. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business set-NAICS Code 541519 (Other computer related services) applies to this procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7379, software installation services, computer. The size standard of which is $23 mil (not to exceed). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must bid on all items.
