- ENGINEERING SERVICES: This acquisition is for a task order to be issued against a Northrop Grumman IDIQ contract for engineering services for the Investigation of Obsolete Part and Vanishing Vendor Issues with the ALR-20 System. The proposed contract action is sole source to Northrop Grumman, Cage Code: 26916. The sole source statutory authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is 24 months after issuance of the task order.
