- Description
- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for Pharm ASSIST Cabinets to Innovation Associates, 627 Field Street Johnson City, NY 13790. The Cabinets are necessary for Offutt AFB to satisfy mission requirements. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Innovation Associates is the manufacturer and only distributor of the Pharm ASSIST Cabinets. The procurement of the cabinets must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements.
