- Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation No.: VA-256-08-RP-0127 Classification Code: X - Lease or Rental of Facilities Set-Aside: N/A NAICS Code: 531120 The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, AR seeks to lease approximately 4,000 - 5,000 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous office space in the central Little Rock, AR area. A lease term of five (5) years will be considered. Space must be located within the central/downtown Little Rock area with easy access to Interstate 630 and/or Interstate 430. The location must also have secured parking for up to 70 vehicles. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, GSA, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, and OSHA.
