- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration has a requirement for janitorial services at Four Gateway Centre, 4400 Kittredge Street, Denver, CO 90011. The contractor shall provide all material,labor and equipment for this janitorial requirement. The square footage for this location is 14,264. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The period of performance will be for one-year, starting April 1, 2008. The contract will also include 4 one-year options. Offerors will be required to provide pricing for all 5 years. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside and the Government intends to make an award in accordance with the best value procedures as outlined in FAR 15.3. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720. A solicitation will be issued on or about February 19, 2008 and will be posted in FedBizOpps. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible to receive an award.
