- The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service, Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH) intends to award a sole-source contract IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only one Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to McManis Associates, Inc., 7518 20 Diplomate Dr. Ste. 201, Manassas, VA 20109-2690. McManis is the only company with proven, established Chargemaster interface developed for use within the IHS Resource Patient Management System (RPMS). McManis is the only company who can maintain and support the existing system. The system and the software are unique to the contractor and are copyrighted.
