- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Delta Information Systems, Inc., GDP Space Systems Division Horsham, Pennsylvania, for porting the existing Model 225WA and 225WB Polar frame Synchronizer (PFS) software from the currently implemented MS NT Operating System to the QNX Operating system. The final result of the "port" shall be a single release, hosted on QNX that will run on both the 225WA and the 225WB Frame Synchronizers. This requirement covers the porting of the drivers and application software originally developed by GDP Space Systems, the first article testing of both a 225WA and a 225WB at Delta Information Systems, Inc., in Horsham, PA and the final on-site testing at Wallops, Virginia, or Suitland, Maryland.
