- Description
- The project consists of demolition of an existing toilet building; construction of a new wood-framed, metal roofed toilet building on the existing concrete slab foundation. The work includes but is not limited to: installation of plumbing fixtures with associated plumbing; ventilation; design and construction of solar lighting systems in accordance with plans and specification; installation of new doors; pouring concrete; carpentry and painting. Project may be reached from Sedro-Woolley, Washington by traveling east on Highway 20 for 15 miles, turn left onto county Road #68, follow for approximately 20 miles to Horseshoe Cove Campground which is in on the right. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about February 28, 2008. The estimated start work date is on or about April 1, 2008. Contract work time is approx 60 days. The Government estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment security will be required.
