- Description
- Project consists of Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for decommissioning 4 wells on 3 sites on the Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forest. Wells shall be decommissioned in accordance with WA State Department of Ecology (DOE) regulations. Work on each well includes reviewing the well log, if available; inspecting the well with a camera, if required; determining the depth of the well; perforating the casing and filling the casing with grout or withdrawing the casing and filling the hole with grout, as required.
