- NSN 6220-01-364-6950, Light Assembly, Clearance Marker. In accordance with Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Cage Code 45152, Part Number 1870810U. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 72 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as an unrestricted requirement utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 206 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 52 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 28 February 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
