- NSN 6230-00-264-8261, Flashlight. In accordance with Northrop Grumman Space & Mission, Cage Code 28815, Part Number MX991/U, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Cage Code 45152, Part Number 3336840, Fulton Industries, Inc. Cage Code 84609, Part Number N47-IB. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 72 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as an unrestricted requirement utilizing Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 51,154 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 12,789 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 4 March 2008.
