- Description
- The following Indefinite-Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Coveralls, Flyer's 27/P, Desert Tan. The jacket will have a minimum quantity of 33,000 each and a maximum quantity of 190,000. Two one-year term options will be included with a minimum of 33,000 each and a maximum of 190,000 each. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted with a HUBZone price evaluation preference. Applicable specification for Coveralls, 27/P is YACL-WP PD 99-01 dated 20 April 2001. The NSN is 8415-01-452-4668(s). Production lead time is 180 days after the date of award with 3 monthly deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstrations Models (PDM), Past Performance, Surge/Industrial Mobilization, Socioeconomic Considerations, JWOD Plan, and DLA Mentoring Plan. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
