- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,175 rentable square feet in Tukwila, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 4,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to a maximum of 4,950 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space shall be contiguous. The building must be located in Tukwila, Washington within the following delineated area: North Boundary: S 125th Street to Monster Road to SW 7th Street East Boundary: 88th Avenue South Boundary: 180th Street West Boundary: I-5 The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
