- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number DLQ080016. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 444190. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the firm and its Affiliates, for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $6.5 million. The line item numbers are: Line Item 0001, 1 1/2" X 7', Schedule 40 Black Steel Pipe , Quantity 420 Each Line Item 0002, Carriage Bolts, 5/16" X 1 1/4", Quantity 550 Each Line Item 0003, 2" X 7', Schedule 40 Black Steel Pipe , Quantity 520 Each Line Item 0004, Barbed Wire, ASTM 12.5 Gauge 2 PT, Quantity 550 Roll Line Item 0005, Wire Stays 42" (100/bundle), Quantity 110 Bundle Line Item 0006, Fence Clips (100/box), Quantity 32 Box Line Item 0007, Gate Latch, Quantity 32 Each Line Item 0008, Rail End Band, 2 3/8", Quantity 550 Each Line Item 0009, Wood Gate Stays 2" X 36", Quantity 120 Each. Line Item 0010, Barbless Smooth, 12.5 Gauge Wire, Quantity 30 Roll This solicitation is "All or None" Estimated Delivery Date: 30 Days ARO Packaging Requirements: Standard commercial practice. The delivery address is Bureau of Land Management, 687 South 100 West, Malad, Idaho 83252. The FOB point will be destination. "FOB Destination" means that all costs for transportation or freight from the shipping point shall be paid by the Contractor and included in the unit price quoted for each item. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-01 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52,212-02, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable, and the following shall be included in paragraph (a) of this provision. Quotes will be evaluated on past performance, and price listed in descending order of importance. Past performance will be based on the Contracting Officer's knowledge, contacting provided references, and other reasonable sources. Quotes shall be submitted in writing on company letterhead and must include the RFQ number, the company name, point of contract, address, phone number, fax number, DUNS number, the delivery period in terms of the number of weeks or days, the unit price, the extended price, and any prompt payment discount terms.
