- Z--The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting Invitation for Bids for a Reservation Wide Traffic Control Signing Project on the Fort Berthold Reservation, North Dakota. The contractor will replace damaged signs and posts and install new signs where specified in the plans. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment and labor necessary to accomplish this project. This is a Small Business Buy-Indian Set-aside, Buy-Indian set-aside means the company is 51% Native American Indian owned.
