Organisms MUST be live when delivered to Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. The RFQ W91YU0-08-T-0005 will be available on or abou t 29 February 2008 with a closing date of 17 March 2008. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
