- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-08-T-0029 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed eral Acquisition Circular 2005-22. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 335110. (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase sixteen (16) Xenon Illuminators and accessories. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 300 Watt Xenon Illuminator, Quantity 16 each. Illuminator must include rotary turret, lamp timer, and 500 hour minimum lamp warranty. Electrical requirements are 220V , 50 Hz. CLIN 0002 Rolling Floor Stand for CLIN 0001, Quantity 16 each. CLIN 0003 Surgical Fiber Optic Headlight with 9 ft. Bifurcated Cable, Quantity 20 each. Electrical requirements are 220V, 50 Hz. CLIN 0004 Set of Operator and Maintenance Manuals i n the English Language, Quantity 2 sets per unit in CLINs 0001 and 0003. (vi) Description of other requirements: Electrical Requirements for all equipment is 220V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Displa y, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The place of delivery and acceptance will be U.S. Hospital Landstuhl, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany. All offerors must quote FOB Destin ation, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany. (viii) 52.252-1 -- Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. The offeror is cautioned that the listed provisions may include blocks that must be completed by the offeror and submitted with its quotation or offer. I n lieu of submitting the full text of those provisions, the offeror may identify the provision by paragraph identifier and provide the appropriate information with its quotation or offer.
