Description

This is a synopsis for the purcahse of the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles (FHTV). The estimated model breakout quantities and options are as follows: HEMTT New Production Vehicles = 7,528 HEMTT ESP = 4,051 Palletized Loading System ( PLS) = 3,707 PLS ESP = 200 PLS Trailer= 6,897 PLS Trailer ESP= 200 Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET)= 316 HET ESP= 200 Common Bridge Transporter CBT=357 KIts, Field Service Representaives, Engineering Hours, Production testin g, ILS hours and addtl. ancillary equipment along with services as needed will be solicited as well. Note 22 applies. Contract quantities are planning estimates only and do not obligate the Government to award at those quantity levels.
