- Description
- The Northern Region Contracting Center, Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for media monitoring services to support the U.S. Armys Combined Arms Center (CAC) Strategic Command (STRATCOM), Fort Leavenworth. The primary mission of CAC STRAT COM is to plan, conduct, analyze and report results of the Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth Strategic Communications Initiatives and engagements. The Contractor will support the development of a media monitoring and communications assessment packa ge and tools to assist STRATCOM to assess the effectiveness of its efforts. Performance will include daily print media monitoring with color press clippings covering national and international publications, daily broadcast media monitoring, Internet media monitoring to include blogs, and in-depth content analysis and media measurement. Direct access to the search engine is required to provide STRATCOM personnel the ability to select analytical options dependent upon the search or query. The Government ant icipates a solicitation release date on or about 29 February 2008. Award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated; and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments objective. All requirements, evaluation c riteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation package. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one-year period. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 541910. All prospectiv e offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Governm ent wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
