Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format contained FAR Subpart 12.6. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes shall refer ence Request for Quotes (RFQ) number W911RZ-08-T-0016. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-21 and FAR 52.212-1. It is the Contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable c lauses and provisions. This requirement is Set Aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotes shall include: Rental/Leasing of the following:CLIN 0001-Forklifts 6000LB QTY: 6EA requirements=JP8 Compatible, Sit Down Model, Rough Terrain Tires and available for field use; Height of Forks 48 inches length approximately 60 inches; forks required must articulate and extend. CLIN 0002-SMM FEE QTY: 6EA CLIN 0003-Envi ronmental Charge QTY: 6EA CLIN 0004-Rental Protection QTY: 6EA Requirement would be for 6 months initial term with option to extend for 6 more months in 1 month increments 52.217-8 Option To Extend Services If bidding an equal, please include spec s with your bid.
