- 354 CONS/LGCA at Eielson AFB, Alaska is requesting information for Upgrade the existing Hunt Technologies AMR system from the legacy Turtleware system to the TS1 system. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only NOT a Request for Proposal or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if there are any responsible 8(a) companies that can perform the work listed below.
