- Under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 U.S.C. 8153, the Great Lakes Acquisition Center is seeking quotes for an American Board Certified Orthotist. Contractor to provide the services of one American Board Certified (ABC) Orthotist to perform services in the Orthotics Clinic at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660, and/or the La Crosse CBOC (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) VA River Valley Clinic, 2600 State Rd, La Crosse, WI. The period of performance shall be for a Base Year period plus four (4) one-year (1) options to renew, at the discretion of the Government. All work performed under this contract will be completed on the VA grounds. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit a response. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621399 and for the size standard for small businesses is $6.5 million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about February 13, 2008.
