- Description
- This solicitation is on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988 (FAR 19.10). The work consists of rehabilitating 5,325 linear feet of cured in place pipe lining for 8-inch diameter AC sewer main; repair 11 sewer connections; replace 15 linear feet of 8inch AC sewer main with 8-inch PVC; rehabilitate 25 manholes; install 150 linear feet of epoxy lined DI pipe and a sewer main bridge crossing. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 130 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $500,001 and $1,000,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. The Buy American Act applies. Work will be performed on the Colville Indian Reservation, Okanogan County, Washington. Contractor will be required to meet local tribal government requirements including meeting Colville Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO). Solicitation documents will be available approximately February 29, 2008 and only in paper format.
