- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: BRIDGEPORT RANGER DISTRICT JANITORIAL SERVICES ON THE HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The project consists of janitorial services for the Bridgeport Ranger District Office located at 825 Avenue E, Bridgeport, CA 93517. This building is approximately 6,600 square feet of office space. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed four, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010. Option 2 period will be March 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011. Option 3 period will be March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012. Option period will be March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013 NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $14.0 Million. See numbered note #1.
