- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Metropolitan Correctional Center, Chicago, intends to make a single award for the provision of Forensic Psychiatrist Services for the inmate population at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Chicago, Illinois. The services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base period and four option years. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 30 (4241 OR 4242) reports plus 4 (Combo 4241 AND 4242) reports. A session will be defined as a completed report. The solicitation will be available on or about Monday June 18, 2007 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about May 29, 2007. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business only. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
