- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR HOTEL AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES FOR SPACE FLIGHT AWARENESS EVENTS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid deadline for the STS-123 Event. This amendment pertains only to the STS-123 Event. We are only accepting offers for the STS-123 Event at this time. The dates for the STS-123 Event are March 7-10 with checkout on March 11 and the number of rooms is as follows: Day 1 (check in) - 50 rooms for Friday March 7, Day 2 - 350 rooms for Saturday March 8, Day 3 - 320 rooms for Sunday March 9, and Day 4 -320 rooms for Monday March 10. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to February 14, 2008 @ 5:00 PM CST Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on December 21, 2007. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
