This item is restricted to Honeywell International Inc., Cage Code: 99193 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequali fication in order to be eligible for award.
