- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is AG-82D7-S-08-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Please reference this number when submitting your quote. Quotes are due by close of business on March 3, 2008. Quotes can be mailed to the attention of Kim Smith, White River National Forest, PO Box 948, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602. Fax or email quotes will also be accepted at Fax No. 970-945-3211 or electronically at kesmith@fs.fed.us. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. The following clauses are incorporated into this request: 52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52-212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The full-text version of these clauses can be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far. Delivery is requested FOB Destination (to be included in the quote). Items 1 through 22 are to be delivered to Colbran,CO and items 23 through 25 are to be delivered to Rifle, CO. All items must be delivered on or before April 3, 2008.
