Description

Amendment #2 is to add the the following clauses incorporated as part of 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. The following clauses are incorporated : Service Contract Wage Determinations, 52.222-41, Service Contract Act, and FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires. Clauses can be reviewed at "http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm" or "http://www.acquisition.gov/comp/far/index.html". The equivalent rates for federal hires are as follows: 31361 Truckdriver, Light Truck WG 6 $16.99 223470 Laborer WG-2 $11.56 99660 Surveying Aid GS 2 $10.39 99240 Inspector GS-5 $14.24 The Vendors will be required to pay labor rates according to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. WD 05-2317 (Rev.-4) dated 08/21/2007. These wage rates can be found at the following website: "http://www.wdol.gov/". Select Service Contract Wage Determination WD 05-2317, Rev. 4, STATE: Montana. The awardee will be required to contact approximately 61 permitees in Prairie County and approximately 40 permittees in Custer County in order to schedule the installaton of the wildlife ramps at the various sites. THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS COMBINED SNYPOSIS/SOLICITAION IS BEING EXTENDED UNTIL WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2008. Vendors are required to acknowledge that they have reviewed ALL amendments to this combined snyposis/solicitation on their quote. Quotes will be accepted on company letterhead. Vendors must also submit 52.212-03 Offerers Representations and Certifications and a list of references with their quote. Failure to provide this additional information will make the offeror ineligible for award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
