- The National Science Foundation (NSF) requests a quotation for a History of Biology and the NSF Circa 1975 to 2004. The NSF intends to issue a Fixed Price Purchase Order using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the work described herein. The requirements are contained in the attached Statement of Work.
