- This notice modifies the presolicitaion notice for On-orbit Satellite monitoring as required by the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC), Point Mugu, CA which was previously synopsized on 09 NOV 2007 and previously modified on 07 DEC 2007. The anticipated release date for RFP number N00244-08-R-0010 has been changed to 10 April 2008. The RFP will close approximately 30 day after issuance. The closing date and time will be specified on the cover page of the RFP document. The Point of Contact (POC) information for the contracting office has also changed. The new POC is Nicole Carnicky. She can be reached at (805) 982-3554 or via email at nicole.carnicky@navy.mil. The government will attempt to post draft documents to the NECO website as they become available. Interested parties are therefore encouraged to check the NECO website frequently for updates. Industry questions and comments while the documents are in draft phase are highly encouraged and should be sent to the POC via email as early as soon as possible after the draft documents have been posted. All comments and questions must be submitted in Microsoft Word documents attached to e-mail. Questions received via phone and facsimile will not be acknowledged. Responses to the RFP itself will not be accepted via email. Hard and electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office at the address provided in the RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award.
