- A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 0900 on 21 February 2008 at the following address: 1300 THOMAS DRIVE, BUILDING #2, PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL 32408, PARK IN THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT NEAR BULDING #2. The Pre-Proposal Conference will include the opportunity to inspect a set of the hardware that has been previously built. NO CAMERA?S WILL BE ALLOWED. All conference attendees shall submit their visit request by emailing the company?s name address and phone number, all attendee?s names, attendee?s security clearance, and Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE Code) NLT 19 February 2008 to brian.w.young@navy.mil. After release of the solicitation, any and all questions concerning the RFP, drawings, pre-bid conference, etc., shall be e-mailed to brian.w.young@navy.mil not later than 14 Mar 2008. The Government will not respond to questions at the bidder?s conference but will, if necessary, respond in an amendment to the RFP.
