- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command seeks sources to provide Anesthesiology services at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA and its medical treatment facilities and branch clinics. The total quantity and the specific identity of all clinics to be encompassed will be provided in the RFP. The government intends to award a single six-month personal services, fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with 4 one-year options and 1 six-month option for a full 5 years of services. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation (RFP) for this procurement is tentatively scheduled for release on or about 12 March 08. Health care worker services to be included in this acquisition include Anesthesiologist and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist services for the contract maximums with a five-year ordering period. The minimum quantities will be ordered via issuance of task orders awarded concurrently with the award of the basic contract. Subsequent task orders will be issued for required services exceeding the minimum quantities. The solicitation for this acquisition will be available electronically and will be posted on the NMLC home page at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/rfp.asp.
