- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildife Service, Region 3, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for the issuance of orders for Rental of Equipment with Operator requirements. Work will be within the St. Croix Wetland Management District (WMD) area, which is located in eight counties in West Central Wisconsin. The eight counties include Burnett, Washburn, Polk, Barren, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, and Pepin counties. The work to be performed is for (1) wetland restorations, repair of wetland restorations, and maintenance of water control structures; (2) tree removal; and (3) building site burial/cleanup and general earth moving. The term of the BPA will be from date of award through February 28, 2010. The maximum dollar limit per call is $10,000 with a maximum BPA limit of $80,000. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a corresponding small business size standard of $13.0 million. Firms will be evaluated for award of a BPA based on their technical qualifications (personnel qualifications and contractor equipment), past performance, and price.
